Returns

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
After 30 days, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be:

  • in original condition

  • unworn and unused

  • in the original packaging

For hygiene-sensitive items, products must be clean and unused prior to return.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • hosiery & tights

Refunds

If approved:

  • refunds are typically processed within 30 days

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method

  • Returns are processed through China

We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item:

  • we will send you a replacement at no cost

  • if a second issue occurs, you will receive a full refund
